Paris - Eifelturm

Hey einige von Euch sind sehr aufmerksam.

Haben das Schwimmbecken der modernen 5 Kämpfer am Ende des Staidons entdeckt. Ich werde es hier nochmal deutlicher mit einem Foto zeigen.

8 Uhr war ich heute im Stall und wie es der Zufall so will, kam Will zur gleichen Zeit an der Sicherheitskontrolle an. Dachte er ist schon da 😉.

Famillization war ca. 8:30 Uhr in der Trainingsarena. Alle Australier haben zusammen ihre Pferde auf den Abreiteplätzen geritten. Teamchefin Amanda hatte sie alle im Blick. So konnte ich Frodo heute in Ruhe beim Training zuschauen. Er ist einfach so wundervoll, läuft da so easy & locker sein Training, als wenn er hier jeden Tag wäre. Kein Wunder hat Will so ein breites Grinsen im Gesicht.

Nach dem Training gab es Wellnessprogramm für Frodo. Das hat er sichtlich genossen. Was für eine Persönlichkeit - einfach ne coole Socke. Nur die Auto's die tägl. die Mülltonnen einsammeln und wie bei einem Zug hinten anhängen, findet er spooky. Aber Marlene macht das genial, Frodo reisst sich kurz zusammen 😅

Für Gery und mich ging später es ein wenig nach Paris, die anderen Wettkampfstätten anschauen. Natürlich auch den Eifelturm. Bisschen Eifelturm von Links und bisschen von rechts 😜

Ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ach ja und dann kam uns dieser Mann entgegen, der mit seiner Katze in Paris spazieren ging. Fast so schräge Vögel hier, wie in Berlin 😂

Gut beschützt waren wir auch wieder.

Irgendwann hatte "Uber" ein Problem mit der Navigation und wir sind völlig verzweifelt, "weil 4 mal falsche Angaben" viele Strassen gesperrt, ins Chateau zurück. Zugegeben es war ja auch schon später Nachmittag.

Am Abend fein Essen und dann früh ins Bett. Denn ich kämpfe schon wieder mit meiner Nervosität. Ich hoffe, Ihr verzeiht mir, es ist ja auch Olympia. Morgen Samstag der Grand Prix Special 🥰

Paris - Eiffel Tower

Hey some of you are very observant.

Have discovered the swimming pool of the modern 5 fighters at the end of the Staidon. I'll show it more clearly here with a photo.

I was at the stables at 8am today and, as luck would have it, Will was at the security checkpoint at the same time. Thought he was already there 😉.

Famillization was around 8:30am in the training arena. All the Australians rode their horses together on the warm-up arenas. So I was able to watch Frodo training in peace. He is just so wonderful, runs his training so easily, as if he were here every day. No wonder Will has such a big grin on his face.

After training there was a wellness program. He clearly enjoyed it. What a personality - just a cool sock. The only thing he finds spooky are the cars that collect the garbage cans every day and pull up behind them like a train. But Marlene does it brilliantly, Frodo pulls himself together for a moment 😅

Gery and I went to Paris to see the competition venues. Including the Eiffel Tower, of course. A bit of the Eiffel Tower from the left and a bit from the right 😜

A few sights. Oh yes, and then we came across this man walking his cat. Almost as weird birds here as in Berlin 😂

We were also well protected again. Gendarnerie comes around all corners.

At some point, Uber had a problem with the navigation and we returned to the chateau in complete despair, "because 4 times wrong information" & any roads closed about the Olympic because of the competition venues. Admittedly, it was already late afternoon.

Fine dining in the evening and then early to bed. Because I'm already struggling with my nervousness again. I hope you'll forgive me, it's the Olympics after all. Tomorrow Saturday the Grand Prix Special 🥰
